Adam Joseph releases new single "Versatile"

Adam Joseph is happy either way with his new single “Versatile”

Adam Joseph makes Pride month even gayer as he combines playful lyrics and catchy melodies to serve a feel good summertime smash with his new single “Versatile”. The hypnotic house track delivers early 90’s vibes topped by his smooth and creamy vocals that romance the listener as he explores quite an intimate topic. Joseph’s clever word choice and blend of confidence and vulnerability bring a universal feeling to this very specific subject.

“As a songwriter, I’ve always been told to write what you know and be as honest as possible, so here we are!” Joseph explains, “This song is not only about certain positions, It’s about connecting with someone on a different level where those type of things don’t even matter. So many labels are used in the queer community. The soul of this song is really about transcending those labels and the willingness to adapt and be whatever it is your partner needs you to be physically and emotionally.”

NEW RELEASE: Adam Joseph & Gustaph - Second Coming

Adam Joseph and Gustaph are pleased to announce the release of their duet “Second Coming”, a gospel infused house track with lyrics that walk a tight rope between spirituality and sexuality.

After meeting through Instagram in 2018 because of a mutual admiration for each others music the two out and proud artists were eventually able to meet in person at Gustaph’s studio in Antwerp, Belgium where they wrote and recorded their debut collaboration. They shared mutual influences that ranged from Modern Gospel and 90’s RnB to Classic House resulting in a deep and vibey sound with unexpected lyrics and silky smooth vocals.

Two house music tastemakers take on Janet Jackson's legendary "Love Will Never Do (Without You)“

Adam Joseph and Lee Wilson are giving Janet Jackson’s iconic hit their own take with soulful vocals and a banger of a house beat. Joseph and Wilson met years ago while both cutting their teeth at Berklee College of Music in Boston. Since then, these two have made major moves in their careers with Wilson being named #4 on Traxsource's Top 100 Vocalists of 2019 and Joseph entering the Top 10 iTunes US Dance Charts multiple times with his recent releases. The idea to cover this legendary hit came from a jam session where Wilson was talking to his pianist about their favorite Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis songs and solidified into a dance floor filler when he requested Joseph take on the music production. Both being huge fans of Ms. Jackson, Joseph and Wilson are excited and ready to share all of the love put into this project with the world.

In loving memory of the Legendary Nashom who we lost to Covid-19 on Monday March 23, 2020. Nashom and I recorded this in 2014 along with a few other songs that were never released. In light of his passing after sharing this with a few of his closest friends I have decided to release our collaboration to the world. Let us listen and dance to his voice in celebration of his life.

NEW RELEASE: Adam Joseph ft. Nicki Minaj - I'm That Bitch!

LISTEN HERE

The world collectively gasped when Nicki Minaj was announced as the first guest judge on the season premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race, and the queens were under a significant amount of pressure when they had to rap a verse to RuPaul’s fresh out of the oven track “I’m That Bitch” (in front of Minaj herself). While Widow Von’Du & Gigi Goode scorched the main stage with their lip sync of Minaj’s smash hit “Starships”, it was Minaj’s freestyle verse to  “I’m That Bitch” that has inspired the endlessly creative Adam Joseph to craft an entire remix around that verse itself!

Joseph has made a name for himself creating full remixes of some of the most memorable moments in RuPaul’s Drag Race herstory. Everything from Aja’s “Linda Evangelista” speech about Valentina to crafting an entire track around Vanessa Vanjie Mateo’s iconic catchphrase “Cookies”, Joseph’s latest creation and giving Minaj a surprise (and not surprisingly, amazing crafted) rap verse on RuPaul’s latest track “I’m That Bitch” might be the first track we see out of this drag remixing wunderkind, but I highly doubt it will be his last this season.
